Curiosity · Clarity · Conviction
A sequence for decisions under uncertainty. Start curious enough to see what you'd rather not, get clear on what actually matters, then act with the conviction others need to follow.
About Melissa
Melissa Sierra is an active corporate executive, leadership and AI keynote speaker, certified executive and business coach, and host of Holding the Room. Her perspective comes from more than 20 years of operating experience.

For more than two decades, Melissa has led from inside the business, not from the sidelines.
She is an active corporate executive who has spent her career where complexity lives: across functions, between teams that measure success differently, and in the moments when data, people, and strategy need to agree on a direction. That work, in business and media intelligence and in cross-functional leadership, taught her that most organizational problems aren't technical. They're human problems wearing technical clothes.
Alongside her operating role, Melissa is a certified executive and business coach and a strategic advisor to leaders and founders. Coaching showed her a pattern she had lived herself: competence creates security, and security quietly limits transformation. The skills that make someone indispensable are often the ones they cling to when the moment calls for something new.
Now AI is accelerating that tension for everyone. Melissa's perspective comes from standing in four rooms at once: AI disruption, organizational design, business intelligence, and leadership identity. She connects them so leaders can see what's really driving the outcomes they want, and what's quietly blocking them.
Today she is building a second professional identity while still inside the first, as an entrepreneur, advisor, coach, writer, and podcaster, and a contributor to the Forbes Communications Council. Her work explores a question she is also living: what happens when the identity that made you successful becomes the thing preventing you from becoming who you are next?
Her talks are direct, warm, and practical. Audiences don't leave with slogans. They leave with a sharper question and a framework to answer it.

"I don't think that most successful people are afraid of failure. I think they're afraid of being back to the beginning."
